Organisations supporting Australian Jobseekers to find work in programs such as Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services, are invited to participate in the 10th Biennial Survey of the Australian Employment Services Sector.
Sponsored by the National Employment Services Association (NESA) and conducted in partnership with Maguire Legal, the survey provides valuable information to member organisations, supporting NESA’s advocacy and representation of the sector for nearly two decades. NESA urges providers to take part in this year’s survey not only to gain insights for their own organisation but to ensure there is sufficient data on which to progress the objectives of the sector.
Valuable Insight into the Employment Services Workforce
The survey provides a snapshot of the profile of the Australian workforce and how they are remunerated, as well as valuable benchmarks of human resource management performance such as labour mobility, education and training. The 2023 survey is particularly critical to enable understanding of how recent economic events and the talent crunch has impacted conditions and stability within the sector. The insights gained and quantifiable (aggregated sector wide data) information that it provides contributes to the arrangements that underpin all current and future programs. Your participation will equip NESA with evidence that it needs to support our effective contribution and representation of the sector.
Exclusive invitation to participate
If you receive this message, then an invitation to participate in the survey will be sent to you from support@websurvey.com.au in the week commencing 25 September 2023. The Survey is confidential and only open to Australian employment service providers.
The survey will be open for 4 weeks until close of business Friday 27 October 2023. So, there is plenty of time to fully participate and NESA is offering a significant discount on the purchase price for organisations that complete the survey.
